Birches Cottage

The Birches 2 bedroom modern spa cottage is in an idyllic position overlooking the picturesque Derwent River with large windows to take full advantage of the view. It offers a fully equipped kitchen and has laundry facilities. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and offers great views down the river and the second bedroom offers a queen bed and up to 2 single beds. In the living area there is a comfortable queen sofa bed allowing this cottage to sleep up to 8 guests. The tranquil private oriental style garden surrounding The Birches has its own outdoor setting and BBQ facilities.

The nightly tariff for The Birches Cottage starts at $245 for up to 4 Adults
($35 each extra Adult + $15 each extra child)

 

 

Derwent Cottage

The Derwent Cottage is a delightful spacious one bedroom Cottage with a Queen and 2 king singles in the bedroom and another single bed located in the separate sitting area allowing this cottage to sleep up to 5 or 6 guests. The well equipped kitchen with washing machine overlooks the garden and river as does the bathroom. The Derwent Cottage opens out into the gardens overlooking the river with outdoor sitting area and BBQ facilities enabling guests the opportunity to take full advantage in the tranquil setting.

Willows Cottage

The Willows Cottage offers modern contemporary studio style accommodation with a Queen and single bed with trundle allowing this cottage to sleep up to 4 guests.  A separate kitchen /dining area with laundry facilities which opens to outdoor sitting/ BBQ area with views to the river.

Paddy's Flat

Paddy’s Flat offers studio style room with queen bed and compact sitting area and ensuite bathroom. The kitchenette with small bar fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery does not have cooking facilities. Paddy’s flat is the lower level of a two storey building and offers a fantastic location right on the river with large windows to enable guests to take full advantage of its unique position.
